Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
An Engineering Graduate with Post-graduate Diploma in Business Management from Melbourne University (Australia), Vikrant started his career in Technical Sales with a MNC in Dubai. Vikrant turned entrepreneur by becoming franchisee of Aptech Computer Education in 1995. One more Aptech training center at Paud Phata was started in Pune in the year 1997. He bagged most successful Center Head award from Aptech, for 5 consecutive years.
Under his dynamic stewardship, the Firm diversified into IT services, Call Center Training & Placements and Computer Education Programs specially aimed at Schools. The firm has forged long term & mutually satisfying relations with many reputed IT companies due to his uncompromising commitment to quality & service.
Sudhir G Dhavale
Chief Finance Officer (CFO)
Sudhir has over 35 years of strong and varied experience in Cost and Financial Accounting, of which 10 years in IT Training Industry.
He is a co-founder of System Consultant.
As a Chief Financial Officer he is responsible for managing all the financial activities at System Consultant - financial risks of the business and financial planning. He is also involved in all the cross-functional activities of the Organisation.
Sudhir is a qualified Cost Accountant (ICWA). Prior to System Consultant , he has worked in Manufacturing Industry for 25 years.
Possess good analytical skills and eye for perfection, Sudhir has contributed significantly to the growth of System Consultant .
Yogita Patil
Director of Technology - Training & Consulting
A self starter with over 14 years experience in software testing and development with major strengths in testing & deploying Rational tools, project management & problem solving. Yogita is creative and quick learner with effective interpersonal & management skills. She has created and managed a website http://niyodraw.com. Yogita has an overall experience of 14+ years, with about 4 yrs in software development, 9 yrs in software testing & 1 yr in Corporate training. Yogita joined SystemConsultant, Pune, India in August 2007 and is responsible for the training and consulting divisions at System Consultant all over India. Her tasks include providing career growth path to variety of Corporate Trainers conducting corporate trainings on a variety of technical topics for our esteemed clients. In addition to that she also conducts Corporate Training for niche subjects like Rational Tools. She is also a people manager for System Consultants pool of corporate trainers all over India.
Prashant Pund
Chief Technology Officer (CTO)
Prashant has worked as consultant, mentor and corporate trainer in the field of UML, Design Patterns, Software Engineering methodologies, Requirement Analysis and Software Project Estimation. As a skilled people manager, he has 22 years of industrial experience, including 4 years abroad, at senior levels in Electronics, Engineering , Process Industry and Software industry. He has managed cross-cultural workforce abroad and in India
He is a Certified Scrum Master(CSM) certified by Pete Deemer, COO, Yahoo! and is a member of Agile Alliance, USA.
He has conducted more than 300 corporate training sessions on various topics at Pune, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Noida, Gurgaon, Nagpur, Indore, Baroda, Jamnagar etc. He has received excellent feedback consistently throughout all of his training sessions over the last 7 years.
He is an academic scholar and has association with many Academic Institutions in Pune and around.
At System Consultant, he acts as a mentor for the pool of corporate trainers and consultants and manages the technological aspects of the business.
